YOUR PEACE OF MIND REFUND POLICY
Now let’s be fair, optimising your nutrition is not something we can do for you. Therefore, our refund policy is a quality assurance guarantee not a safety net for not doing the work. In order to qualify for a refund, you must provide proof and examples that demonstrate you have engaged with the offerings and resources in the program(s).
To qualify for a refund, you must submit proof that you have engaged with the content in the program(s) and that it did not work for you, within 10 days of purchase.
Please email [email protected] providing the following detailed requirements. If you request a refund and do not include your completed documents by the 10th day, you will not be granted a refund.
For the nutrition HUB, please include ALL of the following items:
Requirement 1: Complete one 1 week reflections log on your diet.
Requirement 2: Attach screenshots of at least one piece of weekly content (blog post, webinar, video show) that was published during the last 30 days.
Requirement 3: Attach a screenshot of one weekly meal plan you have developed using the education resources from the hub that you have completed.
Requirement 4: Tell us why this course was not a good fit for you and your nutrition needs. What did you expect that you did not get once inside the program?
For the Sports Nutrition Courses, please include ALL of the following items:
Requirement 1: Complete Module 2.
Requirement 2: Attach a screenshot of one week of food diaries with an end of week interpretation and reflection.
Requirement 3: Tell us why this course was not a good fit for you and your nutrition needs. What did you expect that you did not get once inside the program?
After day 10; all payments are non-refundable.
Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy; 4th Discipline will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. You will be required to delete all downloads, including clearing your Trash folder.
If you receive a refund of any purchase through this money-back guarantee, your access will be terminated with immediate effect.
